BICSc approved training courses

Premiere offer a full range of BICSc approved training courses. BICSc training courses are designed to be built from a list of tasks (with the exception of the HPPC course) so that you can tailor your course to suit the specific environment that you work in.

BICSc COPC & FPCC Assessor Training

This qualification allows the attendee to assess and certificate their own staff to BICSc standards. BICSc COPC & FPCC Assessor Training is available to anyone with at least one year's experience within the cleaning industry and who hold a stage one certificate in their chosen scheme.

Cleaning Operators Proficiency Certificate (COPC)

The Cleaning Operators Proficiency Certificate (COPC) course is built from a list of 59 categories including hard floors, carpets, washrooms and support skills. The course is taught through group discussion, demonstration and practical hands on experience. Once competence is achieved by all delegates, a formal assessment is undertaken. Premiere’s Training Academy offers training and assessment for COPC stages 1, 2 and 3.

Food Premises Cleaning Certificate (FPCC)

The Food Premises Cleaning Certificate (FPCC) course is built from a list of over 50 categories including appliances, surfaces, walls and dishwashing. The course is taught through group discussion, demonstration and practical hands on experience. Once competence is achieved by all delegates, a formal assessment is undertaken. Premiere’s Training Academy offers training and assessment for FPCC stages 1, 2 and 3.

BICSc Healthcare Professionals Cleaning Certificate (HPCC)

BICSc Healthcare Professionals Cleaning Certificate (HPCC) is designed specifically for those working in the healthcare industry (eg hospitals, clinics, surgeries) to provide attendees with an industry standard qualification. The course is based around tasks that are specific to the healthcare industry such as body fluid spillages and contaminated items. The course is taught through group discussion, demonstration and practical hands on experience. Once competence is achieved by all delegates, a formal assessment is undertaken.

Cleaning Supervisory Skills Certificate (CSSC)

The Cleaning Supervisory Skills Certificate (CSSC) has been designed to provide supervisors and manager with the skills required to successfully manage a team. Key topics include business processes, technical competencies, communication, time management & team building.
