The Cleaning Operators Proficiency Certificate (COPC) course is built from a list of 59 categories including hard floors, carpets, washrooms and support skills. The course is taught through group discussion, demonstration and practical hands on experience. Once competence is achieved by all delegates, a formal assessment is undertaken. Premiere’s Training Academy offers training and assessment for COPC stages 1, 2 and 3.
