Simple Guidelines to help you in the battle against Swine Flu

Prevention is better than cure The government recommends remaining vigilent of spreading germs and bacteria to one another.   How can we do this?

• Cover your nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing with a tissue
• Dispose of used tissues quickly and carefully
• Hand hygiene is crucial, wash hands thoroughly whenever possible
• Use hand sanitisers like Purell to kill germs instantly
• Clean down surfaces that more than one person comes into contact with, i.e phones, keyboards, door handles, desks

• Use disinfectants with H1N1 kill (Swine Flu) to clean floors and large surface areas
